NAFI and KRILA Sign Work Agreement

-For cooperation in research and exchange related to autonomy and decentralization, innovation in local administration, 

and balanced regional development-  




The National Assembly Futures Institute (NAFI, President Kim Hyeon-kon) signed a work agreement with the Korea Research Institute for Local Administration (KRILA, President Kim Il-jae) in a ceremony held at a meeting room in the National Assembly Members’ Office Building on Friday, March 18.


The agreement is aimed at strengthening research capabilities and competitiveness, contributing to balanced national development and realizing autonomy and decentralization by promoting research and exchanges between the two organizations on autonomy and decentralization, innovation in local administration, balanced local development, and other local development issues.


Going forward, the two research bodies plan to conduct joint research on autonomy and decentralization, local administrative innovation, and other regional development issues, and establish a system to share a database consisting of academic information and publications. They will also work together to hold academic events such as seminars, forums, and discussions.  

At the signing ceremony, NAFI President Kim Hyeon-kon noted: “As balanced local development and realization of autonomy and decenturalization are important issues directly related to the quality of life of the people, the collaboration between the two organizations will create great synergy.”
