국회미래연구원(원장 朴進)은 국회 내부 구성원을 대상으로 2019년 6월 28일(금) 11시 40분부터 국회의원회관 2층 제1간담회실에서 ‘금요 브라운백 미래세미나’를 개최한다. 이번 세미나에서는 제롬 글렌(Jerome C. Glenn, 밀레니엄 프로젝트 대표)이 “ Future Technologies and Implications for Government Actions”란 주제로 발표한다. 발표자의 이력과 발표문 요약은 아래와 같다.
제롬글렌은 세계적인 미래학자로, 밀레니엄 프로젝트 회장, 세계미래연구기구협의회 회장, 유엔대학교 미국 위원회 이사로 있다. 40여 년 이상 미래연구 경험으로 정부기관, 국제기구, 기업체 등 자문, 미래연구 방법론 “Futures Wheel” 개발, 미래연구 관련 100여 논문을 발표하였다.

Brief introduction to The Millennium Project; strategies to address future forms of AI, other next technologies, impacts on economics and work, information warfare, and collective intelligence systems to support decisionmaking.
